    This is a dark navy blue Jack Lang Palm Beach Jackets.  For the "vintage look", a pair of white linen or wool trousers would make the wearer "snappy" with a boater.  It measures 42" from armpit to armpit, sleeve length is 26' from shoulder to cuff.  There's a mark or loose thread of the fabric as shown but it's on the back side of the arm.  A nice cool summer jacket.
